Ericca Rowe
Outreach Coordinator

Ericca Rowe is the Outreach Coordinator and Service Desk Lead, where she drives customer acquisition, retention, and growth. She uses data-driven insights to analyze outreach efforts and understand end-user behavior.
Her expertise includes customer service, digital marketing strategy, communication, social listening, and data analysis.
Previously, Ericca developed and managed a new web presence for a small city government in West Virginia, including a new website and social media networks. She also coached local small business owners on the importance of digital marketing and how to use various digital tools.
Ericca holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Mitchell College and a Master of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. She is also a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).

What is one of your proudest accomplishments?
Taking a leap of faith, I moved from West Virginia to Atlanta to pursue better career opportunities. This move—leaving my small town and the majority of my friends and family—was challenging, but my perseverance led me to find a rewarding position with a truly amazing team. I'm proud of myself for not giving up and finding the success I was destined for.
What part of your job do you like the most?
The customer service portion of my job is what I enjoy the most. I love connecting with the people at our GovHub agencies and serving as their reliable resource. In a world where most of our interactions are virtual, being a friendly and helpful voice is crucial for building strong relationships. The most rewarding part of my day is knowing I've been able to help someone.
