Digital Academy

We’re excited to offer the Digital Academy to all GovHub partner agencies to help mature your content by:

  • building a more robust understanding of who your users are
  • learning about usability and accessibility best practices
  • and creating a better digital experience for all Georgians

This 5-part course includes both on-demand classes and a live instructional workshop. Completing all classes and coursework will earn you a certificate as a State Certified Content Specialist.

Tailored Learning

In the near future, Digital Academy will feature two separate tracks to tailor the learning experience based on your agency role, whether you’re a content creator or a program/business owner. In both tracks, topics include:

  • User journey of your audience
  • Writing for the web
  • Structured content
